About Me
When I was a child, my parents taught me that staying in good health was very important. They always made sure I "ate my veggies" and encourage my siblings and myself to stay active in sports. Now that I have three children, I am dedicated to teaching them how important health is, like my mother did. I am always keeping an eye on the latest health news and medical discoveries, and I wish many more people did that, as well. Since, unfortunately, skin cancer runs in my family, I am always on the lookout for the latest skin cancer news. I have learned a lot about prevention and treatment of many types of medical problems during my research, so I thought I would help others by starting a blog to share my health tips for all ages on!
